We are currently seeking a Sales Representative for our West Chester , OH office. Responsibilities include marketing products to our Japanese transplant business, providing quotes to customers and securing orders, and maintaining and improving current customer relationships. Reviews and negotiates settlement of claims/collections for assigned businesses. Monitors customer credit limits and inventory levels. Coordinates logistic issues by communicating with suppliers, manufacturers, and customers in order to fulfill requests. Reviews related documentation to ensure compliance with import/export regulations. Works with staff members engaged in providing sales/client support, i.e. invoices, purchase orders and import/export documentation and monitoring credit limits.

Qualified candidates will have a Bachelors degree along with 5 years relevant experience. Steel experience required. Fluency in Japanese language preferred. Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to handle multiple tasks, detail orientation and computer literacy are a must.
